The Hong Kong Trademark Registry normally take 6 to 8 months to process a trademark application until the registration is granted.  A longer time is required if Hong Kong Trademark Registry has raised objection or someone has opposed the application.

The trademark registration is effective for 10 years from the date of registration, and can be renewed every 10 years, upon application and payment of renewal fee.
